I read the full pack and send a short go/no-go note: what they want, how it's scored, and any traps.
A few quick questions by message so I get your real details: staff, equipment, sites you already clean, how you handle problems.
I draft every answer, usually within 48 hours, matched to the scoring criteria.
You review and submit from your own portal account. I make any changes you want.

First draft answer: free. See the quality before you spend anything.

Full tender response: from £295 for my first three clients (normally £495), half up front.

Reusable answer library: £750, your core answers polished once and ready for every future bid.

No percentage of the contract, no long contract with me. I can't promise you'll win, because nobody honestly can, but I'll make sure every answer is clear, complete and on time.
